  You know, this Chili's food is as good as any, and the service is better than most. However, because it's a bit hidden from the street, it isn't crowded at all.

  When they change half the menu, of standard items like the house salad, to follow the trends. They better have good service to compensate.
  Not the case. I've been a customer since the day it opened years ago. Many changes over the years. Including last week's visit, I would say out of the last 6 times we were there, maybe 1 of them was satisfactory in service. I keep thinking it was just a bad day. And go again hoping for a better result. Hasn't happened yet. If you don't mind sitting for 2 hours and desperately flagging down any server you see then this is your spot!
